We take this trust very seriously and make it our priority to ensure the utmost confidentiality and security regarding your personal data and sensitive information.
This privacy policy refers to the processing of all forms of personal data within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (LPD) and, where applicable, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Securified defines in its privacy policy the type of personal data collected through the platform and its procedures regarding the collection, processing, storage, transfer, use, and disclosure of your personal and sensitive data.
The policy will apply to any use of the platform, regardless of the manner or means used. It details the conditions under which your personal data is collected when you use the platform.
By using the platform as a user (hereinafter referred to as "You"), you agree that Securified collects and processes your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.
By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this privacy policy and agree to be bound by it as well as to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

When you access, use, or browse the platform, or when you receive and/or respond to emails/SMS from Securified, the platform's server automatically records details about your access and actions. This includes:

Securified uses Cookies, web beacons on the Platform (which are also known as "action tags" or "invisible GIFs"), and other tracking technologies to facilitate your access to the platform and analyze traffic and platform usage, as well as to identify faults. This also enables Securified to improve your experience with the platform as well as improve its content and design.
Securified may collaborate with other companies that place cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies on the platform. These companies assist Securified in managing the platform. The use of these technologies by such third parties is subject to their own terms, privacy rules, and terms of use, which are not covered by this policy and for which Securified bears no responsibility.
The platform uses Google Analytics, an Internet Platform analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses Cookies, which are text documents placed on your computer to help analyze the use of the Platform by its users. The data generated by the Cookies regarding your use of the platform (including your IP address) will be transmitted to, and stored by, Google on servers located in the United States. To subcontractors
In addition to Securified, personal data may be made accessible to individuals responsible for the operation of the platform (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or to third parties based in Switzerland or within the European Union (such as technical service providers, email messaging providers, hosting providers, IT maintenance providers, or communication agencies) commissioned by Securified to process this personal data. An up-to-date list of these external interveners can be requested at any time from the data controller.
Securified may share your data with subcontractors located in Switzerland or within the European Union who work on behalf of Securified. Such a transfer is made to help or participate in the operation of the platform, especially in managing, hosting, or maintaining the platform, for advertising, for research, monitoring, and analyzing network status. It may also be used to help execute commercial transactions, including providing customer service.
Although Securified is able to share your data with its providers to carry out the actions mentioned above, such as hosting or the webmaster of the platform, we require that the processing by these third parties of your personal data be limited and carried out within the framework defined by this privacy policy.
Your data will be hosted in Switzerland on Exoscale servers in Geneva.
To third parties with your consent
Your personal data (excluding medical data) may be shared only with your consent to third parties involved in the conclusion of the contract through the platform, notably Payment Providers.
To comply with a legal obligation or defend our rights
Your personal data may also be shared to comply with legitimate government authority requests or when required by applicable laws, a court decision, or government regulation, as well as when deemed appropriate for audits or to investigate or respond to a claim or security threat, or otherwise to defend the interests of Securified.
The data processed by Securified will be stored in Switzerland, but may, only with your consent, be transferred to other countries with an adequate level of protection. In such a case, Securified will comply with all applicable rules and regulations and will adopt all required and necessary measures prior to the transmission of data abroad.
The security of your data is very important to us. Securified is committed to treating your data appropriately and will take all technical and organizational security measures to prevent fraudulent access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction of your data.
Securified follows the strictest rules and recommendations regarding security. We use advanced security technologies and measures, rules, and other procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Security barriers (firewalls) as well as password protection means that comply with industry standards are also used to protect your identification data.
However, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not secure and carries risks for your data. Securified will make every effort to protect your personal data as well as your data, but cannot guarantee or assure that the data you provide to Securified is safe and protected from theft and unauthorized access by third parties, for which we decline any responsibility.
It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the computer you are using is properly secured and protected against malware such as Trojans, computer viruses, and worms. You are aware that without adequate security measures (including secure web browser configuration and up-to-date antivirus software), there is a risk that the data and passwords you use to protect access to your data could be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
In the event that your personal data has been improperly accessed by an unauthorized person or if there are reasons to believe that it has been, applicable law requires us to notify you, Securified is committed to promptly notifying you of any breach by email or notification.
If certain pages of the platform contain links to platforms or pages owned by third parties, these platforms or pages do not apply the same privacy policy.
If you choose to visit one of these third-party platforms or pages, you will be redirected to these third-party platforms or pages. We have no control over platforms or pages owned by third parties and therefore recommend that you refer to the privacy statements of these platforms or pages to learn about their procedures for collecting, using, and transmitting personal data.
In case of a legal obligation, Securified collaborates with government representatives, judiciary, and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. In this case, we will transmit all your personal data to government representatives, judiciary, and private parties if we deem it useful and necessary to comply with our legal obligations to respond to legal actions or proceedings (including, notably, subpoenas accompanied by fines), to defend the property and rights of Securified, to protect public safety or any person, to prevent or stop any activity that may be considered or present the risk of being illegal or subject to criminal prosecution. Securified may sell, assign, transfer, or exchange all or part of its assets, including your data, as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or insolvency. Your acceptance of this privacy policy and the input of your data constitute explicit agreement on your part to such transfers.
The Policy, as well as all matters arising from or related to it (including non-contractual disputes or claims and their interpretation), shall be governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules.
All disputes, claims, or differences between You and Securified regarding any matter relating to this Policy shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts at the headquarters of Securified, subject to recourse to the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
